My key works perfectly and the game is awesome. The game itself is along the same vein as bio shock and system shock before it, and if you like those types of games I would recommend this one as well (especially at $20). • Fast delivery and great product! Posted by Lio on 10th May 2009 Well.
Not much I can say except: GREAT! I ordered the second time now. Only took about 2 or 3 hours (maybe less?) and then the code arrived.
Ok, I had a little trouble finding a downloaD for Dead Space but I figured out I could use the working Key on the EA Download Manager so I downloaded the game in about 2 hours. The Key works fine. The game rocks bad ass. Best Survival-Horror Game out on the world. Already finished it 3 times on the PS3 now it's PC time:D Very Good Job directgamekeys! Whenever I find something interesting I will do business with you again. P.S.: Just do me a favour and get more STEAM stuff ^^ • Rules.

I bought today a copy of Dead Space 2 (completely new) and the serial number given in the back of the manual is not valid. It doesn't seem like EA have an easy way to solve this (and gods, I looked for customer support, but all i could find was that stupid 'type your question, let's see what we can find' thing, which showed me a single Sims 3 result - wut?). When searching on Google I found a, but there was only one possible solution there (contacting Origin) and they didn't make it easy for us to find their customer support (I mean, the real thing). Anyone have any leads?
I really didn't want to appeal to a keygen at this point. As a feedback: The customer support is not that good. I did not use a keygen cos I had enough patience to get this solved with an EA advisor. Took me two hours because the first ones who I contacted never said the procedures I had to take to prove I had bought the game (taking a photo of the recepit, the game box and the manual with the day's date and the case number written on the receipt), not to mention most chats were disconnected a few minutes after they were started. The first advisors only sent an e-mail thanking for the contact after the chat was disconnected and for a lot of time into those two hours or so, I had no help at all. Until one advisro finally explained what I had to do and why (because I asked in the first place) and then I could continue with the case by giving the case number to other advisors after the chat was disconnected. I solved my case in 10min or so with the last advisor because he was dedicated and didn't hesitate to assist me (different from the first ones, who had a huge delay answering anything and if I got connected with them again, they acted as if they never talked to me, though I kept just copying my 'hello' message with my problem, so it wouldn't be so hard to recognize me after 5-10min, would it?).
